During the visit of Israeli President Isaac Herzog to Ankara, it was reported that there was a significant increase in the demand for Turkey for the upcoming Passover holiday reservations.
Israel’s Maariv newspaper reported on the increase in holiday demand in Turkey by meeting with tour companies.
Tour companies reported that the number of holiday reservations in Turkey has increased by 30 percent in the last period, especially for the Jewish Passover Festival on April 15-22.
An Israeli tourism company executive shared that Israelis show great interest in holiday packages offered with direct flights to Antalya and Muğla and hotel accommodation. The tour company stated that they have recorded a 15 percent increase in bookings since the beginning of this month alone.
In the news, it was pointed out that the demand for Turkey increased simultaneously with the visit of President of Israel Herzog to Ankara and the development of relations between the two countries.
