Addressing a gathering of Mayors, Pradeshiya Sabha chairmen and other members today (27), Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa said that the President had not asked him to resign and that he was confident that he would not say so.
“The president will never ask me to resign. Didn’t say. I’m sure not. Some go around and haunt. If you are afraid of ghosts, you will not build houses in the grave. ”
