With the support of cabinet ministers, President Gotabaya Rajapaksha has demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksha.
The decision was taken at a special cabinet meeting held yesterday (06).
It is reported that Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksha has decided to resign on Monday (09).
Meanwhile, it is learned that the Prime Minister has agreed to resign at a special cabinet meeting chaired by President Gotabaya Rajapaksha at the Presidential Palace.
