A Free Media Workshop of AR Media was held on 07th June 2022 at Sri Lanka Islamic Centre.
The program was sponsored and inaugurated by the Chief Guest Dr. I Y M Haniff, Director, JJ Foundation Sri Lanka, and the session was conducted by Mr. Vindana Prasad Karunaratne, Assistant manager, MTV News First, MBC PVT LTD.
A Career Guidance on Investigation and News Reporting was given by Mr. Karunaratne.
Nearly one hundred students participated in this programme and certificates to the participants were presented by the guests.
Each participant was awarded with a Participation Certificate.
Ash – Sheikh Shiyam Azar (Hashimi) President of Maligawatte Masjids Federation, Mr. A.H.M Iqbal General Secretary of Maligawatte Grand Jumma Masjid, Mr. Razmi Rafeek General Secretary, National Council of YMMAs Sri Lanka, Mr. Rizwan Razeek Director Dhanuma.lk, and Mr. Faneen Raise were also present at the event.
