Usthath A.C. Agar Mohamed who had served as the Deputy Director of Naleemiah Institute of Islamic Studies for two decades, has now been promoted to the post of Rector.
The Chairman of the Society and the Board of Management of the Institute, Alhaj Yaqooth Naleem handed over the letter to this effect at the very celebration held at the campus today.
After the demise of Dr.M.A.M.Shukri, who had served as the Director of the Institute for decades, the post of Director had remained vacant.
Usthaz Agar Mohamed has been appointed as the Rector. The rector is the senior most official of the Institution under the new structure.
Moreover, Usthaz C. Ayoob Ali has been appointed as the Director of Academic Affairs and Mr. M.I.A. Imdhad Ali has been appointed as the secretary of Administrative Affairs.
The appointment of Heads for various units and sections and a new Administrative Council was announced during the event.
