Water cut will be in place in several areas at Colombo on Saturday (August 20) from 11.00 pm to 9.00 am on Sunday (August 21) for 10-hour due to essential improvement work, the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) said.
As such, water supply to Colombo 05 and 06 will be interrupted while water supply will be at low pressure in Colombo 04.
The NWSDB advises consumers to fill sufficient water ahead and expresses regret for the inconvenience caused.
It also requests people to use water cautiously.
