Thilini PriyaMali, Isuru Perera, Kasun Perera and Sellaiya Jayamohan, who have been released on bail in connection with an alleged fraud of crores of rupees, appeared before the court today (11).
The Criminal Investigation Department has objected to the request of Thilini Priya Mali’s lawyers to release the car belonging to Isuru Bandara.
Fort Magistrate Thilina Gamage rejected that request and has ordered to appear before the court today in relation to this case. Since Borella Sirisumana Thero did not appear before the court today, the Fort Magistrate also ordered to issue warrants against those owners.
Also, warrants have been issued to Sirisumana Thero of Borella in relation to two cases.
