Due to the most recent changes in fuel prices, the bus rates have changed.
As a result, the following price adjustment listed below will take affect as of right now. (31 March).
The Octane 92, Octane 95, Auto, and Super Diesel prices were reduced by Rs. 60, Rs. 135, Rs. 80, and Rs. 45, respectively, as of yesterday, March 30. This was declared by Kanchana Wijesekera, Minister of Power and Energy, on March 29.
As a result, the cost of buses—owned by both commercial parties and the Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB)—as well as three-wheelers was drastically reduced.
