As tensions between Israel and the Palestinians rise, a shooter opened fire on a car in the occupied West Bank, killing two passengers.
In the northern Jericho governorate of the West Bank, the assault on a car took place on Friday close to the unauthorized Israeli town of Hamra.
At the Hamra Junction, a vehicle was the target of a gunshot attack. Soldiers from the IDF [Israeli army] are reportedly combing the area.
Two women in their 20s were reportedly killed, while a third in her 40s was critically injured, according to the Magen David Adom ambulance service.
Israeli missile attacks on Gaza and Lebanon were followed by the attack by several hours.
The three women’s automobile reportedly crashed when a shooter fired at it from another adjacent vehicle, according to the doctors who claimed to have removed the three unconscious women from it.
