Today (23), in Seetha Eliya, Nuwara Eliya, Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena, along with the High Commissioner of India and other guests, released a Special Commemorative Cover for the Seethai Amman Temple.
They also lay the cornerstone for the temple’s meditation center, which is thought to represent Ashok Vatika’s position in the epic #ramayana.
The Meditation Centre will improve the Temple’s amenities and aid in drawing more visitors from India and other countries to Nuwara Eliya.
