Yupun Abeykoon of Sri Lanka placed second in the men’s 100-meter finals at the 12th International Meeting “Citta’ Di Savona” held in Italy.
Reece Prescod of Great Britain won the race with a time of 9.94 seconds (+2.7); Abeykoon came in second with a timing of 10.01 seconds (+2.7).
In the Men’s 100m Finals at the 2023 International Meeting Citta’ Di Savona, a World Athletics Continental Tour Challenger, Ivorian Arthur Cissé (10.03 seconds) came in third place.
The Citta’ Di Savona (Memorial Giulio Ottolia), now in its 12th year, was held in Savona, Italy, on May 24.
