Tomorrow, June 15, the new online passport application system will go live, according to Minister of Public Security Tiran Alles.
As a result, at the Homagama Divisional Secretariat, the new system will be officially introduced with the involvement of Minister of Public Security Tiran Alles and under the patronage of President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
The Minister emphasized that the new procedure will allow people to receive their new passports delivered to their homes within a three-day period and that the program is being implemented to make it easier for the public to obtain passports.
