According to the President’s Office, no decision has been made to give public access to government lands connected to Mullaitivu’s Kurundi Rajamaha Viharaya.
President Ranil Wickremesinghe spoke about the subject of government lands connected to the Kurundi Viharaya during a discussion that took place at the Presidential Secretariat recently (08).
The topic was discussed, according to the President’s Media Division (PMD), when archaeologist Dr. Ellawala Medhananda Thera raised his concerns in a letter to the President.
