The Department of Examinations has stated that the practical exams for the 2022 GCE Ordinary Level Examinations will begin on August 02, 2023.
Amith Jayasundara, the general manager of the examination commission, announced that practical exams for the fields of music, dance, drama, and theatre will be held up until August 12, 2023.
However, the practical test for Western Music will take place on Sunday, August 6th, according to Jayasundara’s further statement.
According to Jayasundara, the evaluation techniques utilised for practical examinations in prior years have not changed, and the same criteria will be applied this year as well.
The examination tickets for school and private applicants will be mailed out soon, according to the Commission General of Examinations.
