Ali Sabry, the foreign affairs minister of Sri Lanka, will travel to the Islamic Republic of Iran for an official visit from August 4 to August 7, 2023, according to the foreign affairs ministry.
According to reports, Dr. Hossein Amir Abdollahian, Iran’s foreign minister, will extend the invitation for the official visit, the ministry stated in a statement.
In order to further solidify the close ties between the two nations, the Foreign Minister is scheduled to meet with Iranian Foreign Minister Dr. Hossein Amir Abdollahian and other senior government officials during the visit. He will also pay a courtesy call on Iranian President Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi.
