Sachin Tendulkar, a great cricketer from India, has been invited to the premiere of 800, a biopic on Muthiah Muralitharan.
The biopic of Murali’s life will debut its trailer in Mumbai on Tuesday.
On July 22, 2010, during the Test match against India, the 51-year-old Sri Lankan off-spinner’s 800th wicket brought an end to his Test playing career.
In addition, Murali is India’s son-in-law. On March 21, 2005, he wed Madhimalar Ramamurthy, a resident of Chennai. The late Dr. S Ramamurthy of Chennai’s Malar Hospitals had a daughter named Madhimalar.
Madhur Mittal and Mahima Nambiyar are portraying the roles of Murali and his wife.
The biopic was filmed in England, England, and Sri Lanka.
