When compared to last Thursday, the Sri Lankan Rupee has slightly strengthened versus the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Sept. 22).
The buying rate for US dollars at Peoples Bank has decreased from Rs. 317.15 to Rs. 316.91, while the selling rate has decreased from Rs. 330.39 to Rs. 330.13.
The buying and selling rates of the US dollar have decreased, according to Commercial Bank, from Rs. 318.67 to Rs. 317.20 and from Rs. 329 to Rs. 328.50, respectively.
The US dollar exchange rates at Sampath Bank have decreased from Rs. 319 to Rs. 318 and from Rs. 329 to Rs. 328, respectively.
