According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the Sri Lankan Rupee has slightly lost value versus the US dollar today (Oct. 19) compared to last Wednesday.
As a result, the buying rate of the US dollar has risen from Rs. 318.92 to Rs. 319.29, and the selling rate has risen from Rs. 329.54 to Rs. 329.81.
In contrast to Gulf currencies, the rupee has strengthened when measured against a basket of other currencies.
