Pastor Jerome Fernando will not be arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) when he lands at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake, per a ruling from the Court of Appeal.
Pastor Fernando was also mandated to provide a statement to the CID within 48 hours of his arrival.
