The Amazon Higher Education Institute is a private college in Sri Lanka that offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
The 2023 graduation ceremony will be a major event for the college, as it will mark the graduation of a large number of students.
The grand graduation ceremony of the Amazon Higher Education Institute will be held on 18th December 2023 at 2:00 PM at the main hall of the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall.
120 diploma students, 50 HND students and 150 undergraduate and postgraduate students will receive awards.
The State Minister of Higher Education, Hon. Arvindh Kumar (M.P), will be the Chief Guest of the event. High Commissioners of Maldives and Malaysia will also attend the event as special guests.
About five professors from Sri Lanka’s National Universities will also attend the event to confer degrees to the students.
The Chairman of the National Child Protection Authority, Mr. Chanaka Udaykumar Amarasinghe, will also deliver a special lecture.
The event has been organized by 35 lecturers and 20 staff members of the college.
Awards for the best lecturers and the best partner organizations will also be presented at the event.
According to the Director of Amazon College, Mr. Ilham Marikkar, more than 1000 people, including students and parents, will attend the event.
The event is expected to be a major success and will showcase the college’s commitment to providing quality education.
