The Council of Ministers calls on His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah as the Amir of the country.The Minister of Cabinet Affairs announces official mourning for 40 days and the closure of official departments for three days.The closure is from Sunday, 17th till Tuesday 19th December.
