On the occasion of Sri Lanka’s 76th Independence Day, a significant initiative unfolded in Colombo as the “Blood for Humanity” blood donation camp was organized. The event, jointly organized by ISRC Sri Lanka, HRC Sri Lanka, YMMA, AUMSA, and Ramya Lanka, aimed to commemorate the nation’s independence while promoting a noble cause.
Taking place at Colombo JR Jayawardena Station, the camp witnessed an impressive turnout, with more than 50 donors contributing blood from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.
