The High Court has ordered that the appeal presented by the Atto ey General against the release of the Student activist of the Inter-University Student Union, Wasantha Mudalige, will be called on April 3rd.
The appeal will be called before the High Court today (27).
The Registrar of the High Court informed that as the High Court Judge is on leave today, he will be called on 03 April to consider the relevant petition.
When the petition was called today, the respondent Wasantha Mudalige also appeared before the court.
