Due to the Kohuwala Flyover’s continuing construction, Sri Lanka Police has encouraged drivers to take other routes.
The police stated in a press statement that until July 31 there would be restrictions on motor traffic close to the Kohuwala Junction.
The Road Development Authority (RDA) told the public that the building of the flyover, which was initially scheduled to be finished by May 31 but has now been delayed until July 31, prompting the decision.
Therefore, alternate routes are advised for drivers to take in order to reduce traffic congestion close to Kohuwala Junction.
