President Ranil Wickremesinghe announced that the administration had decided to examine the spending of the top ten (10) spending ministries.
The President stated that the reports in this respect are anticipated to be submitted to Parliament in all three languages, according to the President’s Media Division (PMD).
Additionally, according to President Wickremesinghe, the actions were conducted as part of his administration’s work on the national evaluation policy.
The President also mentioned certain important flaws in Sri Lanka’s system, such as the lack of a national policy and the serious disadvantages of a free market economy.
