The Stabilisation Committee for Sri Lanka Rugby was established through a gazette notification that was cancelled by Sports Minister Roshan Ranasinghe.
The Sports Minister made this announcement in a Gazette Extraordinary that was released on Monday, September 25.
As a temporary operational measure to continue maintaining the duties of the association for a period of six months, the Sports Minister announced the appointment of a Stabilisation Committee for Sri Lanka Rugby on April 11, 2023.
