President Ranil Wickremesinghe, in his capacity as the Minister of Investment Promotion, has issued the Gazette, dated October 25, 2023.
According to the Gazette, in order to operate a duty-free retail firm, an investor must have international experience in duty-free trade operations and offer investment of at least USD 5 million. Invest.
