According to the National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWSDB), the water supply will be cut off in some areas of Colombo starting at 7 p.m. tomorrow, April 4, and ending at 5 a.m. on Sunday, May 5.
As such, the 10-hour water cut will have an impact on Colombo 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15.
The Ambatale Water Supply System Improvements and Energy Saving Project’s important maintenance work was the cause of the water cut, according to the Water Board.
