Hajiani Seyyida Sa’aduna Maulana, mother of Pahana Media Chairman and founder of the MEEDS Project, social activist Asseyyid Salim Rifai Maulana, passed away this morning.
Her Janaza will be brought from her residence in Mount Lavinia tomorrow (26), and the Janaza prayers followed by the burial will take place at the Dehiwela Jumma Masjid at 10.00 a.m.
Members of Pahana Media and its news division, Newsnow, have extended their heartfelt condolences to the Chairman and his family on their bereavement.
