NEWSNOW | COLOMBO – Police have arrested a 19-year-old youth in Mount Lavinia with a pistol and 5 ammunition.
The pistol was of foreign made.
The suspect, a resident of Angulana, Moratuwa was arrested yesterday (May 06) following a tip-off by the Kalutara Crime Prevention Unit.
The suspect will be produced before Panadura Magistrate today.
