Local gold traders said today that gold prices have allegedly risen once more in Sri Lanka.
As a result, the price of a 22-karat sovereign today (30) is Rs. 163,800, up from Rs. 161,000 yesterday (29).
A 24-karat gold sovereign is currently worth Rs. 178,000. This is an increase from the cost of Rs. 175,000 from yesterday.
