The Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs, alongside the Sri Lanka Haj and Umrah Committee, has issued an official announcement requesting Haj pilgrims from the year 2026 to submit any complaints regarding their pilgrimage experience.
The notice specifically applies to pilgrims who traveled to Mecca this year through Haj Travel Operators registered with the department.

Who Can Submit: Any 2026 Haj pilgrim who encountered issues or grievances with their registered travel operator.
Pilgrims can forward their complaints to the Director of the Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs through three primary channels:
