The 15 individuals convicted in connection with the 2019 Easter Sunday attacks have been sentenced to rigorous imprisonment ranging from 200 to 260 years each.
The trial proceedings concluded around 10:30 p.m. yesterday (22) after sentences were handed down to the 15 individuals found guilty.

The Colombo Permanent High Court Trial-at-Bar imposed 200 years of rigorous imprisonment on five of the convicts, 220 years each on another five, 240 years each on four others, and 260 years on one convict.
The court also ordered the confiscation of the movable and immovable property belonging to all 15 convicts, effective from the commencement of their respective prison sentences.
The convicts are:
