Three videos are anticipated to be produced by Arab-Israeli vlogger Nuseir Yassin, who posts under the ‘Nas Daily’ brand, to promote Sri Lanka for investment and tourism.
The Cabinet has given Yassin permission to publish social media content, but only with Ministry of Finance oversight, according to Tourism Minister Harin Fernando.
Rassin will produce three movies for Sri Lanka under the direction of Nas Daily on the subjects of “Why Invest in Sri Lanka?,” “The craziest train ride in Sri Lanka,” and “Waterfalls in Sri Lanka.”
In three of his 1,000-video series, Yassin included Sri Lanka: “This is Made of Poop?” (exposing the use of elephant dung in the production of paper), “My Biggest Money Mistake” (examining the nation’s economic development), and “The Key Board Warrior” (celebrating the life of the late Irfan Hafiz, an author who had Duchenne muscular dystrophy).
Yassin produced a video named “The Most Generous Country During Covid” in 2020 about Sri Lanka.
