The Colombo Stock Exchange’s All Share Price Index (ASPI) saw considerable gains on Thursday, rising 135.51 points to settle at 11,582.34 points at the close of trading.
This represents a 1.18 percent increase over the previous day.
The S&P SL20 closed at 3,385.82 points after rising 64.76 points (1.95%).
Over Rs. 6.6 billion in daily sales were reported.
