
Today (27), the Supreme Court commanded the Ministry of Education to take action to fill the Grade III vacancies in the principal service in accordance with the understanding reached by the pertinent parties.
As a result, an agreement to nominate 4,718 people to the aforementioned positions has been reached before the Supreme Courts.
After taking into account a number of Fundamental Rights (FR) petitions submitted in relation to the appointments to Grade III positions in the primary service, the Supreme Court issued this directive.
