An notification regarding the renewal of individual and institutional guns permits for 2024 has been made by the Defense Ministry.
As a result, the licenses to own firearms may be renewed between October 1 and December 31, 2023.

The Defense Ministry stressed that possession of a firearm without a valid license is a serious infraction under the terms of Section 22 of the Firearms Ordinance, noting that license renewal for 2024 would not be carried out after December 31, 2023.
