A 32-year-old man who had sustained injuries after falling off Ella Rock in the Ravana Ella area yesterday has been reported dead.
The Police said the victim, along with another friend had climbed the Ella Rock last morning and had fallen into a precipice while climbing down the rock in the evening.
The victim, who is a resident of Beruwala, had succumbed to injuries after being admitted to the Wellawaya Hospital last night.
The Ella Police has launched a probe into the incident.
