The wrecked Fukushima nuclear power plant’s treated water will be released by Japan.

According to South Korea, the initiative will reportedly adhere to international norms.

Following the UN Atomic Energy Agency’s evaluation of the plan, they made this statement.

South Korea had planned to inspect this plant in accordance with that towards the end of last May.

This is done with the backing of the UN nuclear watchdog.

They had accordingly proposed that it would be okay to release more than 1.3 million tons of radioactive water into the Pacific Ocean.
