The Sri Lanka Police Headquarters has introduced three dedicated telephone numbers for inquiries and assistance regarding Police Clearance Certificates.
The submission of applications for Police Clearance Certificates through the online system has been temporarily suspended due to essential maintenance work on the Sri Lanka Police Clearance Computer System.
Until the online system is fully restored, applicants can contact the Special Operations Room at Police Headquarters, which operates 24 hours a day, for inquiries, assistance, or to report issues related to Police Clearance Certificate applications.
