Litro Gas Lanka has warned its dealers that strict disciplinary action, including the cancellation of dealerships, will be taken against those found hoarding gas, restricting sales or charging prices above the approved rates.
In a special statement, the company said all Litro Gas dealers have been strictly instructed not to hoard gas stocks, limit sales, exceed the prescribed maximum retail prices or impose any unauthorised additional charges on consumers.
The company emphasised that dealers who violate these instructions will face strict action, and their dealerships could be cancelled where necessary.
Litro Gas Lanka said the measures are aimed at ensuring an uninterrupted supply of gas to consumers at the officially approved retail prices.
